At seedance-2pro, we want you to have the best experience with our AI video generation service. This policy explains how our refund process works.
Credit Purchases
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
Please choose your credit package carefully before purchasing. We recommend starting with a smaller package if you're unsure about your usage.
- Credits are consumed in FIFO order (first-in, first-out)
- One-time credit packs are granted after successful payment and are valid for 365 days
- Credits cannot be transferred to another account
- Credits cannot be exchanged for cash
Subscription Purchases
Subscription payments are final and non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions renew every month. Yearly subscriptions are billed once annually and the full yearly credits are granted upfront for 365 days.
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewals only
- Monthly plans remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
- Yearly plans remain active until the end of the paid annual term
- Unused subscription time and unused credits are not eligible for partial refunds
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may occur. If you believe your case requires special consideration, please reach out to us with your situation.
Examples include duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, or other technical issues not covered above.
Unauthorized Transactions
If you notice any charges you don't recognize or that were made without your authorization, please contact us immediately at support@seedance-2pro.com. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
